How migration works
Send the file you actually have, however messy. We map it, load it, and hand you a review link. You approve it or we fix it.
The one honest week
Expect about a week between sending your file and going live, most of it waiting on your own review. Nothing is due from your neighbors during it.
When to switch
The clean moment is right after the annual meeting or right before invoicing season. Mid-collection works too; balances carry over as they stand.
What you keep
Everything. Owners, parcels, balances, paid history, and your documents. Export it all again any day, on any plan, and cancelling never deletes the record.
